Why we collect data

To keep artists informed about future calls for artists, entrants updates and news

Frome Open Art Trail participants

We retain information about past entrants in order to inform you when we have subsequent calls for artists. We use a secure mailing list which allows you to unsubscribe from any future updates of this nature.

We will only pass on your details where it is entirely necessary, such as to authorise a payment to our bank, or if the law requires it.

Our contact form contains a box to sign up for regular Frome Artists Café newsletters- you must tick the box to indicate you wish to opt in. Otherwise your details will not be passed on. Frome Artists Café uses a secure mail server to hold it’s recipients information and you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link to unsubscribe in the footer of each newsletter.
