Although the Virtual Art Trail has now ended you are welcome to contact the artists in the brochure - I am sure they will be happy for you to visit by appointment, respecting the need for social distancing.

The Frome Open Art Trail celebrates local artists and makers, normally taking place alongside the Frome Festival in July. This year we ran it as a Virtual Art Trail  for 2020. We felt it important to continue the Art Trail for local artists and makers to show their work. Often artists can show more online than from a studio allowing more choice to view and buy.

Over the last few years the Frome Open Art Trail (formerly Frome Open Studios), has grown in strength and reputation attracting an increasing number of art lovers who enjoy meeting and buying directly from the artist. The artists would appreciate you taking time to visit online, to buy via their shops or make contact. Now the lock-down has eased, please feel free to contact artists to arrange a visit.

52 local Frome artists took part in the Virtual Art Trail with affordable art for everyone. In Frome we have a large number of artists many are now seriously struggling financially. We would be thankful on behalf of the artists for any sales from cards to commissions.

The Interactive Brochure https://www.frome-open-art-trail.co.uk  gives details of the artists, with images, contact details and links to their work. To purchase work some artists have online shops, or you’re welcome to contact them directly by phone or email.
